WAKE CIRCLE
Wake Circle is a contemporary shamanic community based in Southern Africa facilitating initiations of transformation through the holding of sacred medicine circles. Our commitment is to hold powerful medicine spaces with an impeccable calibre of facilitation where participants truly feel safe, held and guided to engage their highest and most sacred potential.
Our work is a melting pot of ancient shamanic traditions and modern transformational tools mixed with a distinct African flavour and imbued with the spirit of ubuntu. Our intention is to reconnect our intrinsic animistic kinship with Mother Earth and to restore natural harmony with ourselves and all our relations.
Our ceremony’s and circles are guided by the distinctions of our four universal shamanic archetypes and the twelve sacred agreements of holding space. It is our vision to create and hold powerful inclusive circles where like-minded seekers of spirit regardless of background, belief or orientation, can hold hands in healing and prayer as we seek to unfold our sacred journey of purpose in these profoundly significant times. We are a New Earth tribe rebirthing old eyes, we are rising.

Offerings
We host a range of powerful shamanic programs including plant medicine ceremonies, breath-work sessions, coaching, song circles, transformation workshops and conscious social events. Our intention is to facilitate spaces where each participant can achieve ecstatic states of transformation, healing and awakening utilising core shamanic tools and where they can experience the support of a like-minded community in their integration and embodiment journey.
While we do specialise in holding ceremonies with some of the most potent plant medicines in the world, our teaching and practice is specifically focused around the sacred art of holding space. We believe that, regardless of the medicine used, in a deeply sacred and safely held container, that each person has the innate and sovereign capacity to find their own way back to wellness, personal freedom and Oneness. Our work is to essentially guide each participant on their path of self-realisation through the passage of sacred initiation.
